Meeting Minutes November 12, 2014

Meeting called to order at 7:40 pm

Present at meeting  6 club members

Secretary- Treasure absent

Secretary Report given, Treasure Report given with balance in bank at $1449.28

Bills are paid to Date for the Building- Shade Project . Any Questions contact Dave

Old Business: Logo Design:   Darrel Davis made presentation of his Logo on a shirt. No voting at this time.

New Business :  Discussion on the need for a list of people able to help at field for upkeep and maintaince.

Roger Erridge moved for a List of Names  be put together for Dave to call-on when jobs need to be taken care of. Seconded by Pat F Motion Passed

Raffles during meetings will be tried again: Called Odds and Ends a LOT   Any member that has stuff and wants to donate it. Bring to meeting and get it gone.

Programs for Meetings will be started in January 2015 with Mike Snear being our Program Chairman. Any member with any ideas for programs contact Mike or Dave

Remember to mark your calendar for our X-mas dinner party on Dec 3 2014 in IONIA at the Lamplight Grill on main street  6:30 pm Dinner starts at 7:00 pm order from their menu.

Events for 2015 starting with our FROZEN FINGER on Jan 1 Heat will be on the the club house with hot Food for all. Provided by  www. Walter RC Park.com.   Donations are welcome. Fun Starts around Noon. If the snow is here it will be plowed and fun can go on.

December  meeting Date: Dec 11, 2014 at 7:30 pm in the club house.

Swap Mt.    KALAMAZOO COUNTY EXPO CENTER  JANUARY 24 2015 club will have 4 tables, please contact Dave W for  space on our tables

                CHEASANING CLUB R/C SWAP  HAS MOVED  Feb 8 2015, New Lothrop Elementary School, 9387 Genesee St , New Lothrop, MI  48460. Contact Dave W if you would like to be there with us.
